Carol is David's line manager.
David is one of Mr Khan’s carers. He has come to speak to his line manager, Carol, about concerns following his visit to Mr Khan earlier in the day.
Mr Khan lives with his extended family; an adult son called Mo, an adult daughter and a granddaughter who is 15-years-old. Mainstream homecare support come to the house twice daily to tend to his personal care. Mr Kahn does not speak English as his first language and relies on his son Mo as his interpreter.
Mo is Mr Khan’s son and his carer. He regularly acts as an interpreter for his father who does not speak English. Mo previously used drugs and gets support from substance misuse services through a methadone maintenance programme.
