Long-Term Conditions Alliance Scotland, is now known as Alliance - Health and Social Care Alliance Scotland.
The Alliance carries out work across a number of areas which is led by its members who represent people living with long term conditions. Through their work they aim to make the lives of people who live with long term conditions in Scotland better and more rewarding and reduce inequality and exclusion.
They work jointly with a range of people and organisations, including people who live with long term conditions, unpaid carers, the third sector, the private sector, the NHS, local authorities and the Scottish Government
