To ensure that standards of regulation, education and workforce development for social workers across the UK is maintained, the Scottish Social Services Council, Northern Ireland Social Care Council and the Care Council for Wales have agreed a memorandum of understanding (MOU), which sets out the principles of exchanging information between themselves and the HCPC.
