The aim of the Fund is to provide further investment in the voluntary sector to develop a confident, competent workforce and to meet the demands now required of these staff.
Voluntary organisations registered with the Care Inspectorate can apply for funding to contribute to costs associated with achieving Scottish Vocational Qualifications (SVQs), management awards and professional development awards. Small and medium-sized organisations in particular are encouraged to apply.
