Inappropriate comments

Ruth is a member of the team that you supervise. She is a student on placement and has been working in the team for about four weeks. One day, she asks to speak to you about an issue that is concerning her.

You also reassure Ruth that it can take time to get used to working in an environment where residents have complex needs.
