You do nothing. The young person did not appear to be bothered and seemed to join in with the joke.

The next day, while you are working alone with Andrea, she tells you that she had been upset by Jim’s ‘joke’ but had felt unable to say anything at the time. She asks you not to say anything to anyone because she likes Jim and does not want him to “get into trouble”.
