Overheard remarks

You tell the aunt that you will pass on her comments, but later, you have a re-think and decide to do nothing.

After thinking some more about what happened, the aunt made a formal complaint. When making the complaint she says that although she is sure that she reported it to a member of staff at the time, she cannot remember who she spoke to.

Please listen to the telephone call from Darren’s aunt and decide what you should do next.

What's your next step?

Option 1: You decide to not to say anything. The complaint is only about a joke so will not be treated seriously and soon be forgotten.
