This situation arose after the session when Izzi’s mum had assumed responsibility of Izzi. It might be that this situation is related to something between Izzi and her mum and not related at all to her time in the nursery however as the incident was immediately after leaving the nursery room, it is safe to say that this is related.

Izzi’s mum might also benefit from some support and guidance to ensure a smoother, less stressful transition.

Izzi’s behaviour appears to be an indication that she is not dealing with the transition well and requires support. She might be angry with her mum for leaving her and struggling with her emotions now that mum has returned.
