What happens next ...

You decided to speak to George to make him aware that his comments are making people uncomfortable. George apologises and says that he was not aware that he was upsetting people. He tells you that he will not make comments like that in future. However, at her next supervision meeting with you, Ruth tells you that George is still making inappropriate comments.
