Care at home

Edna lives at home and has diabetes and mobility problems. She receives personal care support in the morning and support with household tasks and help with her breakfast. You get a visit from her OT who reports that Edna has told her that she does not want Clare to provide a service for her.

Option 1: You know that Clare is a good worker and Edna has never made any comments before, so you are not unduly worried. You make a note to discuss this with Clare at her next supervision.
