You decided that you have accepted Jenna’s explanation so will not do anything else. The next week a police concern referral is received detailing a further incident of Luke being found outdoors on his own late at night. This was reported by a neighbour.

Option 1: You contact the referrer in the Police and inform them that you have already addressed this matter and it was malicious.
Option 2: You go straight to your line manager with this information and also inform her of the previous referral.
Option 3: You take note of this and decide to follow this up at your next scheduled visit.
