Risk assessment
You decided that as the case as the case is now concluded, you feel that there is no urgency and will finish the risk assessment when you have time.
Six months later, John commits another offence and a colleague is assigned to do a court report. When they complete the risk assessment they notice that some of the information is incorrect and ask you about it.
