Risk assessment
You decided to complete the risk assessment but using your knowledge and experience you feel the assessed risk is not correct and will supervise John at the level you feel is more appropriate.
After reading John’s 3-month review, your manager asks you why you have altered John’s risk assessment level.

Option 1: As the risk assessment did not identify much work, you felt that John’s risk assessment level could be reduced enabling you to prioritise other work.
Option 2: You agree to supervise John at the level identified in the risk assessment.
Option 3: You explain to your manager that from your experience with John the risk level is wrong which could mean he is being treated unfairly.
