When Mrs Reid reads the report, he disagrees with some of the information and dates that have been included. She raises her concerns at a review meeting involving workers from other teams.

Option 1: Fiona advises that there may be some ‘minor’ inaccuracies but it doesn’t change her overall assessment/ recommendations.
Option 2: Fiona apologises and explains that the report is based on information to the best of her recollection but will review this with Mrs Reid to ensure it is accurate and provide a revised copy to the other workers.
Option 3: Fiona doesn't say anything in the meeting and checking her notes afterwards, realises her report is incorrect and tries to amend it from memory.
