You decide to leave the PVG folder until last hoping that Pat will be happy with the other paperwork and accept your assurance that all the PVG checks are fine. Pat does not have time to look at the PVG folder so accepts your assurance. You contact Doug again to ask about Mary’s PVG scheme record. Listen to the telephone message that he leaves for you
