To start using the organisational capabilities it is recommend that you undertake an audit The CLF Audit tool has been developed to help employers audit their performance against the organisational capabilities of the Continuous Learning Framework and generate an action plan for further development.
The audit process has three main stages:
- A staff survey to gather evidence of staff perceptions
- Self-assessment against each of the six organisational capabilities
- Developing an Action Plan
Following the instructions provided with the audit tool will help guide you through stages one and two.Once you have gathered and considered the findings then you can plan and then implement activities to improve.
The evaluation toolkit has been developed to help you to evaluate the extent to which you have achieved what you set out to achieve when you decided to use the Continuous Learning Framework (CLF). It encourages you to think about evaluating the impact of the CLF in the situation in which you are using it as a logical process. The guide contains a range of exercises and resources to support you. These exercises and templates are available here in Word format so you can download them and adapt them to suit your own context and preference
