Introduction
We are pleased to share Building collaboration and compassion for integrated working, a booklet of stories from our collaboration with teams and organisations across health and social care. The people who contributed to the booklet have worked with us through several projects including Action Learning Sets and co-design of learning and development resources to support workforce development. In the booklet they describe the difference being involved in this work made for them and their practice. We would like to thank everyone who contributed their stories and experiences from collaborating with us and for the opportunity of sharing and learning together.
Action inquiry principles have underpinned all our activity to help build collaboration and compassion for integrated working. People consistently tell us they value the safe, trusting space this affords through which they have discovered new and more collaborative ways of thinking, exploring, planning and acting on challenges and opportunities.
